So we just had our first full day here in Gambia! Today was a very good day and the weather
was awesome! First thing in the morning we met with the chief nursing officer and then visited
two of the hospital/clinic locations we will be working in starting next week. It is of course very different from any medical center in the states bu I am really looking forward to what we will be doing and helping! We had lunch at a restaurant on the beach and it was vey pretty. The water was warm and nice! Tomorrow we have a free day and I think the plan is to walk on the beach in the morning and pool during the day! Fun times!

becca! hope you're having a great time! don't forget to wear sunscreen and a wide brimmed hat when you are outside. also, take lots of pictures! oh, and don't forget to keep an eye out for souvenirs! welp, see ya later
